I was contacted for the first time this morning regarding my Avon account which will be settled at the end of this month with a final payment as confirmed with previous Avon credit consultants. The SRS agent who contacted me this morning was absolutley rude, she did not listen to what i was asking her or take into consideration that i was talking to her for the first time and did not know what she was talking about, she was then rude to me, refused to give her name, or that of her manager and slammed the phone down in my ear. I then called back was put on hold and cut off. I called a 2nd time and Mrs Naidoo who answered the call said she was the manager, listened to the complaint and then was also rude to me and told me to go get help elsewhere and that i think everything is about me. I am appalled by this, i dont know what this company does where they got my number or what they want. They do not deserve thier jobs and dont even sound qualified to do it!
