Standard bank consultants rude

I right fully now that my credit card payment bounced, was contacted by three consultants all rude and they never listen to you. The one lady even told me to take my bank account elsewhere. Tonight again the consultants dont listen and standard bank employees dont have feelings or care about there customers. Have been banking with them for 13 years.
