26 Feb 2013 I noticed my homeloan account that was attached to my login profile was missing. I phoned FNB online. Told to contact Homeloans. Did so was told there was a technical issue and it would take 48 hours to be rectified. Not so. No contact, not email, no sms, nothing. I have phoned on 2 other occations with the same promise of 48 hours to solve the issue. As I type I am again holding on for someone @ Homeloans, still no explanation, still no access into the account. FNB should take a look @ Hello Peters stats, they are by far the worst bank as far as registered complaints against them are concerned, 8300 plus. FNB please try and help your existing customers before you loose them.
