My credit card expires in March 2013, in 2 days time. I was called by a person to notify me of this and was asked where I would like to collect my Credit Cards. I told the person to send them to Woodlands in Pretoria. A couple of days later I received a sms telling me to collect my cards at Uitenhage (Eastern Cape) branch! Why do they call you, if they ignore the instruction in any way?
