I lodged a complaint with Transunion about the lack of confidentiality, they are supplying marketing firms with information which is totally against what the CPA stands for. To date I have received an e-mail from transunion claiming that they tried phoning me, I replied on that e-mail on 25/01/2013. I stil had no response and I am still getting e-mails, sms`s and calls from creditors.
