Home Loan Increase declined due to high risk

My wife and I were approved for a bond of R1 million. R840 000 used for the bond. We applied for additional R118000 which was declined due to being high risk. We owed R38 at telkom (monthly debit order is capped at R350) so the additional wasn't debited every month without us knowing. R480 at Woolworths was owing due to my wife and I linking our accounts. Woolworths didnt transfer the amount onto the new linked account. Little did we know this was outstanding. Being a Gold Card account holder for 12 years I am considered high risk for R500 odd that we were not even aware of. ABSA you need to treat your clients properly and not just look at the credit bureau info. Pick up the phone and speak to your clients and find out. Im sure FNB doesn't treat their clients like this? Your service and how you handled this is appalling and disgusting. Sort this out!!!
