I wonder who reply when a complaint is lodged for Std Bank on HelloPeter.com?? If Std Bank's in real life act immediately when a complaint is lodged and not using a 'computer Automated Response' they would definitely NOT having so many unhappy clients But I guess that a client have to Move Forward using alternative measures complaining to the 'ombudsman' in order to get some serious attention when lodging a complaint And if that is what it takes then that is what it takes.
