I when to my nedbank promenade mitchells plain saturday, I arrive there 13H57pm sharp to find the bank is close, clearly this branch close 3minutes earlier than it should, I call the branch via my cellphone, I spoke to alfonso to ask if he can't open the bank for me, coz I need to withdraw some money, he politely said no, and he had a bad attitude with me!!!
