Ecently went to make a personal load of which i was told that i an on debt review - i had explained that 3 years ago i did apply, however, the very next day cancelled the request for debt review. this notice on capitec's system is still showing - after 3 years of not even registering for debt review. the consultant in question did not even want to look at my trans union report that i had made effort to obtain. I was merely told to have this status removed at court. court?? why can t they assist me at the branch when clearly this is their systems not updating. note that i have recently purchased property and a new car - now tell, me - why not help me with a load??? pathetic service to say the least - i have emailed the client care email address as stated on their website 3 times in a matter of a week - yet no response. just shows the willingness to assist their clients is just not there...
