3 years ago we went under debt review we have been paying a agreed instalment every month with out fail.
we received always letter from the lawyers Hammond and pole debt review has been cancelled due to no records of agreements on there system. attachment of poverty was issued to court.
we have forwarded all doc proof of monthly payment. Proof of Absa acceptance letter but this is still not acceptable because they want a court order which according the them should have been received 6 mnts after debt review application how after 3 years the now want to repo my house why did they not notify us after 7 months the would not have been liable for interest on 3 years.
they did not give me a option to pay a addition to my instalment as I would gladly make a mean to they just want the arrears money Being under debit review there will be no way i would get that amount of money.
I was not in default I paid every month with no fail and still will for the reaming 15 years.
I AM NOT WILLING TO GIVE UO MY HOUSE SOON I WILL KEEP PAYING UNTIL SETTLED.
DEBIT REVIEW IS TO ASSIST US NOT GET US DEEPER IN DEBT HOW WILL BORROW ME THE ARREAS MONEY
