FICA documents

I tried to register with FNB securities and they said that if i am a registered FNB client that they can retrieve my FICA documents. I then get an email stating that they have a problem with the imaging system and i must resubmit the documents. YOUR system is not my problem. please advise FNB securities aren't very helpful
