I had water damage to my house in Nov 2013.

Repairs were done in December but due to the fact that the cupboards were not done before the other repairs the walls are now peeling etc.

I have without any success phone 0860112225; Action Line; the claims consultant Annah Kwanaite to resolve but no responses to my email below :

wrt to the claim above - I need to know the status of the following :

The walls that were repaired by the contractor in December are bubbling and peeling due to dampness from the Cupboards/workmanship? When will this be sorted out?

Tile that was damaged by contractor needs to be sorted out.

When the cupboards get replaced/repaired and the walls sorted out obviously the new flooring will have to be sorted out again when they have completed their work.

The swimming pool was drained by the contactor in December to check damages. I had to refill at my own cost -how do I claim for the refill thereof? Still awaiting an answer on the status of the pool.

I have escalated this claim with ABSA Action line due to the fact we are now 2 months down the line and no answers to my questions on 0860112225 are forthcoming.
