Hi, when I first applied for a discovery card, I emailed my fica document to someone at ccd couriers a few months back. Why am I getting calls from your call centre asking me if they can send a FNB voucher and something about my fica documents? What about my fica documents? I sent it through, that should be the last time I hear from you people, but yet now I'm still getting calls. Someone please tell me do you have the documents or not? If not, I will send them again and should you continue to harress me I will take it further. I told the woment friday I send it and today again?
