I have been sequestrated since November 2013, yesterday 28 Jan, FNB took almost all the money i had in my account saying it was for a loan that has not been paid. I called in to find out and was put from pillar to post and eventually was told by an agent that it doesn't matter if i am under sequestration the fact is that they were not notified and they have the right to take the money owed to them. The procedure for sequestration to go through is for registered letters to go out to the creditors and also for it to be printed in the government gazette. Both of this was done by my attorneys so how can they say they were not notified. Do you people not check the gazette for clients that owe money??? I have never received a call from them to ask for their money as other creditors do so I would naturally assume that they received their notice. How is a person supposed to live if they have taken everything!!! This HIGH COURT ORDER seems to mean nothing to these people.
