I had a car policy with miway which I cancelled last. year. Initially I left the dent cover but afterwards decided to also cancel because I was told that the policy is R49 but i was charged R88. All of a sudden I check my bank statement for end of jan and there is an amount of R69.14. I DEMAND to know how that amount ended up on my statement because I did not authorise, I did not agree to it and i did not sign to it. You cannot run a company that just takes money from people's account as ans when you fee like it. It is ILLEGAL and against the law. I am definitely going to report this criminal act because next thing there will 100s then 1000s coming out of account. This is appalling service.
