Due to the haildamage on 11 November 2013 in Gauteng Pta we were suffering roof damage... qoutes submitted and other insurer paid out allready end of November 2013.
Absa not a word, no call back, no progress, no responses, nothing..even their so called Absa action line with various reference numbers for our calls logged dont help nothing, same story they will come back to me the same day or within 24hours... ja right helloooo Absa its nearly February 2014.
Its pathetic to say the least, new business or potential businesses stay far away or clear of Absa..even if youre a private bank client doesnt help either.
