I've had numerous issues with ABSA, to start of my husband died 2 years ago and we had a policy taken out with ABSA, that was suppose to pay out with 24hrs after his death, I waited 18 days, which means my husband had for 18days before he could be cremated, which I feel is pathetic don't you think? That aside I STAYED with ABSA and even banked a large amount of money with them, I kept one of property insurances with them still even though the house are paid off. One of my houses suffered hale damage a few months ago and I have been struggling since 29 November 2013 (2488845) to register the claim at ABSA to be approved. Please contact me as this is a shocking story which you (ABSA) don't want on a internet site. Please contact me ASAP as I've struggled and phoned around enough now I am the client and I feel that I deserve better service. If I do not get any response you will read the full story in the paper.

FYI I had a similar issue at one of my other properties a few weeks back, which insurance is at a different bank and they sorted this out within 24hrs. Why do I struggle with ABSA?

ABSA is not serious about service.
