I requested my absa credit card debit the full oustatanding balance once off and for it to be closed in November.
Yet it was not. the debit went off in December again, so now it was in credit, phoned in requested the credit amount be transferred out which was a large amount and to close the credit card.i received a paid up letter, but the debit order tried to go off again in January this time i did not have sufficient funds.
it was reversed and a i was charged R90 just for that. Extremely unhappy with the service and been charged debit order fees, transfer fees, transaction fees and now a reversal fee. When i spent hours on the phone on multiple occasions which was costly enough. Can someone please help?
