Pathetic service!!!

It has been 10 working days since I reported an amount of R1774 that needs to be reversed in my account... the form I filled in stated it will take 5 working days... now my account has gone into overdraft and has a bad reflection on me... but hey... why should they care, its not their money..I changed banks because I was told fnb is the best, I'm seriously starting to doubt that!!! THIS IS PATHETIC... AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE TO CALL ME BACK WITH FEEDBACK!!!
