I made a online payment for a product and needed it to be reversed... 6 days after sending the request form through i did a enq about the progress, i immediatly receive a sms saying it wasnt successfull... NICE!!! R1774 in debt due to poor service... seriously? And now i must resend the form because no where on it it says i must submit it with a order confirmation and I must wait another 5 working days! I moved to FNB because they were supposed to be the best bank our country has
