Gym contract activation

My gym contact went from Discovery to Multiply due to the fact I'm at bankmed medical aid.
My gym contract was actived, but yesterday I received a sms stateting I need to activate my contact at Virgin Active, but I'm not at Virgin Active. I'm at Planet Fitness. Momentum is very slow with their response time to queries and there customer services are not conclusive.
