I called about a week ago requesting a skin on my debit order and the person i spoke to at the call centre said they will put forward my request and someone will contact in 24 to 48 hrs. i have heard nothing since then. I have had issues with this car which needed to be fixed and i do not want to take out a loan, just a skip for one month so i can sort it out. I checked your website and it says a client may be granted a break if needs be and negotiate paying back terms or add the amount into the balance.
We are always advised to speak to our creditors but this seem to never work, WHY?
Can someone please give me feedback.
