During 2012 I applied for Debt Mediation at Andtin and Partners. According to them they take all your accounts and negotiate with your creditors to have your debt written off. They promised that 60% of my my debt will be written off and that I only pay 40% of my total debt. They told me that it's almost like an consolidation loan and that I shouldn't speak to any of my creditors in terms of making payment arrangements.
One year later and they still can't give me a indication as to what exactly they have done so far. None of my creditors have ever even heard of Andtin and Partners. The only feedback I get is their motto as they call it "no news is good news". I can't handle this anymore, my credit record is ruined and my creditors is threatening me with legal action and garnishee orders. Some email addresses they gave me doesn't even exist.
