I have e-mailed a amendment that should have been done on my account (change of debit order date) a while back and have not received feedback to date. I phoned the call centre just now to find out if it has been done. Ashlin helped me and confirmed that he will sort it out and give feedback to me once done. He phoned me back in 3 minutes to confirm the amendment has been done. Thank you Ashlin, always a pleasure to work with someone like you!
