This morning I got a call from Absa home-loan division and 'was asked how much am I selling my property in Thatchfield. After telling the consultant that I'm not selling any property, she said to me she has a copy of my OTP with all my details; and she even confirmed my ID telephonically, which indeed confirmed that I was me. I requested that she sent me a copy of the OTP (such that I can take this matter with my attorneys) but she didn't. Can someone look into this matter and come back to me urgently as I want to know what the is going on as I'm not selling any property in Thatchfield, and who is selling the properties under my name.
