NO FEEDBACK, INVESTMENT QUERY I LOGGED 2 MONTHS AGO

I Invested with Capitec around October 2013 and specifically asked that my interest be reinvested, but i noticed in Nov that the Interest was being paid out to my savings account and not reinvested.
I went into the Carlswald branch in Nov to query this and it was fixed almost immediately and the interest was transfered to my Investment account, i was told that this would not happen again.
In december it happened again, I went into the same branch again and the consultant called the call centre and assured me that it would be fixed in the week, but it wasnt. I called the call centre also numerous times and all i get from the call centre agents is that its in the process of being fixed.

Then i was called by the Carlswald branch manager khotso asking me to come in and sign some documents in order for this problem to be rectified, I went in the first week of January this year, signed the docs and till now I have hear nothing, the interest is still sitting in my savings account and no one has bothered to call me.

If I dont get a response by the end of this week I am taking my lump sum and investing it else where. Service is disgusting from call centre and carlswald branch!!!
