Unsatisfactory response to interest calculation

I have two investments with Capitec bank N 1 City. The two investments were invested as reinvested interest. Downloading my interest on a monthly basis i noticed that the interest accrued differs from month to month. With interest compounded i should see a increase on the monthly interest.
This issue was taken up with Assistant branch manage and a week later with Branch manager. Ref CM 10/2013-13777.
This query is now virtually a month old and still no response, feedback from Capitec bank.
With the large amounts i have invested in this bank i should receive better service than this.
