Good day

We have two entities registered to the same members and about to develop a Hotel and Spa and African Craft Centre in our 10H land that we own. We wanted to open our accounts at Absa as you are a progressive institution.
We attempted to make appointments so as to open biz accounts, which we had to postpone and miss because a member was un available. Yesterday i made another booking which we were given for 10am to 1pm today because of the 2 accounts we wanted. We went to the branch and were met by a cold mannered lady, who undermined the first moment. She asked us about FIca required docs and a member had only a current medical statement. We tried to plead with her if we could perhaps make alternative arrangement as a member resides out of town. She flatly refused. i pleaded with her that we were told to bring proof of address but not told what not to bring. We felt embarassed and humiliated by her behavior. As a person who knew that she has an appointment for 3 hours with us she could have caledl to make sure we bring the correct and neccessary documents. She could've said we can run and fetch the doc or make a later appointment. Pls refresh her on good customer care.
