WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

On Thursday 6 February 2014 I took my grandmother to Capitec bank to open a bank account for the SECOND time as they were not satisfied with the proof of address the first time we went there in 2013. Once again the lady at the door is not satisfied with the Government letter of pension proof of address. She asks me if I have a Capitec account then I can vouch for my grandmothers address, Yes I do have a account so we are allowed in to the bank. I mention to the lady at the door that I want to be served by a specific consultant Kelvan. She agrees but then still we are told to go to another consultant. She does not speak afrikaans and is obviously in NO mood to assist us. She talks very soft so my grandmother can not hear her, I explain to her what type of account it is that I want, then she suddenly want a letter of divorce from my grandmother who have been divorced for more that 20 years! My grandmother felt so humiliated and got up and walked out. This was the worse experience at a bank I have ever had, we will much rather continue paying Standardbank and Nedbank charges.
