Debit orders

I had a debit order go off my account that i don't know of. Enquired it with online banking, they said it will take 30 working days. This was on the 20th of November 2013, Jan 6 I email them again, they say i will get feedback in 3 days. Jan 21st I phone them after there was another debit. All they can say is they will investigate and will get back to me in 30 working days. Asked to speak to a manager, he was busy. Phoned me at 4pm that afternoon, I was stepping into a meeting, asked him to phone me back in 30min...

Still no response, no call back. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS
