HOW CAN WE HELP YOU FIX YOUR CALL CENTRE MESS

After making a purchace on the weekend at ctm we were debited 3 times for one pucchase ctm blamed fnb sayng the funds were held on fnb reserve. after trying to get through the fnb and debit card call centre i finaly gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes, i decided to try the bank only to find out they had to go through the call centre as well, after waiting for the bank consultant on hold for half an hour i finaly gave up and went back to work without getting my money reversed into my account . today is day 3 i have not been helped if the bank cannot assist me and i cannot get through the call centre who is supposed to help me? mybe its time the bank focused more on customer service and less on politics! its day 3 i still do not have my funds back and as i am typing this mail i am on hold for 17 minutes and counting!
