A few weeks ago I went into the branch to change my cell phone number. Until this week everything was working fine until today when inexplicably the number for my one time password reverted back to my old cell number.
Call centre agents are incapable of understanding this. I am writing this complaint while I am on hold with a consultant. The hold time for this call so far 24 minutes and counting.
