First National Bank
Debit Card Dispute

I swiped my FNB Bank card for payment of a deposit for a car on the 17th May 2013, at Lindsay Saker Company. Unfortunately I could not receive the car then, as the seller needed the funds to be in their account before they actually release the vehicle.
The money (R10 000.00) has been taken off my account, but it has not yet reached its final destination which is Lindsay Saker. I have gone to FNB several times, I have asked them to at least reverse the funds back into my account so that I can do an electronic funds transfer, but all my efforts have been in vain, the money is still not in my account, neither is it in the sellers account. I am confused; none of the tellers has been able to explain to me what is happening, what is the cause of this delay. They tell me the call centre operators who are supposed to help are not picking up their phones.
The funds are still on reserve, but from the 17th of May to day is the 22nd? What surprises me is that all the other payments which I made after the 17th have been released to the relevant accounts, but not this specific one!
I need this money to be released either to Lindsay Saker or reversed back into my account. Regards, S Nkala
