I had a car accident on the 22 December 2012 in Mafikeng coming back from a friend's wedding. Monday the 24th January I submitted my claim to my insurance (first for women). According to their records my car was assessed on the 2rd January 2013. I was promised that the assesors report takes a maximu of 3-5 working days. The fifth day was the 08th January 2012. Today is the 14th January and my claim is still pending as I dont know if my car will be repaired or written off. I am stuck without a car and they keep promising me that the essessor will send the report. This is unacceptable and is such an inconvinience. I am dissappointed by the service from 1st for women.
