Cannot get any feed back

We handed in a home loan application at the branch yesterday morning, with the promise it will be processed and that we will receive an sms later during the day confirming this. We have not received any sms yet and if you now really want to get frustrated try to phone the bank and choose option 5 for the personal relationship management or sales. Nobody answer the phone. All we want to know is if you have processed the application like you promised to do or are you not interested in doing so.
