I would like to show my recent satisfaction with the time and effort that has been exhibited by ABSA for their contribution in taking my account off hold by FICA.
While I never received a call to say that my FICA needed to be updated (which I didn't - a consultant merely filed my last FICA incorrectly), I am thoroughly impressed with the way my complaint has been dealt with.
ABSA has given me an overwhelming level of appreciation for the incredibly prompt and efficient service to my complaint with their level of professionalism.
Once again, I would like to show my appreciation for the work Moeletsi and Jackie provided to me with such expertise.
