Putting your nose where it does not belong

It has been 5 Months that I have been struggling to settle my accounts with FNB. I have a hard hold on my account and the different divisions wants payment from me. I explained to them that I can't go into the branch as I don't have transport but according to FNB I can't do EFT's to the accounts I must go and pay it in cash. Every time I want to make payment FNB says that either the account number or reference number is incorrect. All they say is I must go to the branch. So I got somebody to take me to the branch and what do they do phone the call centre from their desk and give me the phone and I'm back to nowhere. The more I explain to Lebogang & Natasha that I don't want to talk to the call centre as they can't help me the more Natasha says they can't help. She was not may consultant from the start so why is she sticking he nose where it does not belong. She told me to lower my voice cause she knew that the other clients will hear and see how incompetent the branch is. Let me tell you I will not lower my voice I will tell everybody NOT ever to use FNB. I use to be able to trf money directly from my cheque account to the Smart device account and had no problem. No I can't But
