I took time to go into the branch to sort out my internet banking as I was told that I could not do it over the phone. A couple of months later, I cannot log into my account and generate a security token password... THAT I WAS GIVEN. Entered it on, y laptop and each time says I entered an incorrect password which BLOCKED me. Called the call centre and could not be assisted because now I have to go to a branch to generate a new password. This is ridiculous as i honestly do not have the means and time to go to sort this out that's why i sorted out internet banking in the first place. And to think that i cant be assisted over the phone. Get with the new technology and upgrade your systems to assist client over the phone. In the interim i will be changing my bank back...
