Bad service from One Plan

We have a one plan insurance policy. My wife is due for a hospital visit in 2 weeks for the birth of our second baby. She will have a c-section since our first child had to have an emergency c-section.

After trying to notify them and getting a pre-authorization number, I was told to try again within two weeks of the operation. I have again notified them.

In both my applications my request was closed without my consent, and without a valid answer. Each time I have had to file a new request to try and explain my situation.

I expect much better service from a medical insurance provider. My case might seem small, but in life and death issues, I'd hate to deal with them since who wants a frustrating experience from an insurance company to get the service they promise above the stress of hospitalization.
