I applied for a homeloan before Christmas of 2013.
I have subsequently spent numerous hours on the phone as a result of your consultants inability to update a simple computer system with the offer I accepted. The lawyers you appointed did not receive the instruction to go ahead with the homeloan at 100% on a prime interest rate. Since 10 January I have attempted to get this resolved, and I keep getting the same answer, that an email has been sent to the rates and the amendments departments, that the only way they can be contacted is via email, and I as the client cannot contact them. Then I must contact the bank on the following day. Regardless, the answer remains the same.
