FNB Smart device not activated after 144 hours

I am really frustrated with the service I've received buying a new phone through FNB. I can't believe how long it's taking to activate the Cell C simcard. I received delivery on Wed 15 Jan 2014 11:00, it state that after 72 hours the simcard will be activated and I can use my new phone. Today is Tuesday and still no activation!!!
