I've always had bad experiences when trying to move over to outsurance in the past, but Tkay deserves an award for his persistance, great attitude and tolerance. He called me two weeks ago to give me a quote and I had agreed to get back to him. when I forgot, he didnt-He called me back with a deal that satisfied me. Tkay will take outsutrance to new levels, others should learn from him.
