I was informed by mail that Outsurance was going to increase my premiums at the end of the month. In a panic I called the call centre and was put through to a senior claims lady (Candy.)
I asked her about the possibility of lowering my premiums and she said she would have to consult with her supervisor. She was soooooo friendly, re-assuring, calmed me down and was super helpful.
She then called me back in 5 minutes and said that not only was Outsurance not going to give me an increase, but they would also lower my premiums... Their slogan "saving you time, saving you money" is no joke.
