I CANCELLED MY POLICY. WHY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT???

MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED AND SOON AFTER THAT I CANCELLED MY POLICY WITH YOU GUYS AND MOVED MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. TODAY I JUST REALIZED THAT YOU ATTEMPTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. I HAD NOT MADE PROVISION FOR YOU IN MY ACCOUNT AND NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR DEBIT, THE BANK HAS CHARGED ME 138. I'M NOT PAYING THIS, YOU GUYS WILL REIMBURSE ME. MY NIGHTMARE WITH YOUR COMPANY DOESN'T SEEM TO END. I CURSE THE DAY I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTRE.
