2 days to combine my profiles

I went to the bank so that they could combine my 2 accounts into 1. I was using a savings account when it was changed to cheque. I waited 4-5 hours in the que n when I was eventually helped the person who was helping me did not know how to do it. He called the manager who did not answer her office phone and he decided to go to her in person. When she came back I was told to call the following day to find out if it has been done. I tried to call this morning only to find that the number did not exist. I goggled the number and was able to call them. The employees there its like they are payed extra for being slow if you are fast you will be fired. I hope the management can do something about this or they will loose clients just as they have lost me.
