Almost a week and no Service delivery!!!

Endless problems with FNB. Recently opened a business and decided to make use of FNB to register my business. That took ages. But thats another story altogether. My account finally opened and card finally activated after endless calls to the call centre. I went to do an ATM Depost on 15/01/2014 of my first earnings from my business. Due to large sums of money, and the ATM spitting out most of the notes, I decided to split the money up and deposits in smaller amounts. On my third deposit the ATM closed the deposit door/shutter on the machine with my money and it spat out a reciept saying "we are unable to process your request at this stage" and the money (R3300) to be exact not showing on my statement!!! I tried calling 24 hr service only to find that their business hours is til 5pm (i think). Thats not a 24 hr service? Then was told by security that it happens sometimes and i must return to the branch with d slip and they will sort it out. I have been at the branch on 16/01/2014 and 20/01/2014 and still have not recieved my money. All they tell me is "tomorrow". I am disgusted at this level of service. I was told FNB is the best but im starting to doubt that now...
