They are my money

Their service is bad. I asked when opening my business account for the top package so that I get free cash deposits up R50 000. Now they are charging deposit fees because when I open the account the person on the phone did not do his job. Now they are my money. Your calls are recorded. Go listen to them. I asked more than once if I get free deposits up to R50 000 and he said yes and that is why I wanted the top package. I phoned twice to rectify this problem and every time they say some one will phone me to correct this. I phoned on 20-01-2014 and again on 22-01-2014. Now I am sick and tired phoning after you to fix your mistake!!!
