Very Inconvenient Banking

We have a Business account at FNB and i need to withdraw large amounts regularly for our Business. I understand i must pre-arrange for the money a day before the withdrawal. Tell me FNB, how must i pre arrange for the money if your branch don't answer the phone. I struggled more than two hours today before Beatrice answered the phone and she put me thru to the tellers and i got cut of again. Its now already 15h58 and still no answer. I cat pre arange for my withdrawal and that means our Business is going to run out of money and it will affects us negatively. All because FNB cant answer a phone. Please call 013-7800746 and you will see what i mean. Very Bad Service!!! FNB stop spending money on stupid advertisements full of false claims and use the money to train your stuff on how to answer a telephone. This happens regularly and its very inconvenient and it have a negative impact on our Business, that's why i decided to complain because the Kamaqhekeza branch is a joke. I cat help to get the impression-FNB DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU FNB JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!
