Interest debit wrong - CAll Centre not educated

Account 219065381. I've calculated my interest based on the interest rate and calculation supplied by call centre consultant. I supplied my result in a simple xls showing that the bank interest debit differs from mine based on supplied interest rate and formula. The call centre consultant continues to send me 3 emails telling she cannot help cos the SYSTEM calculates the interest. HOw does SBSA recruit their consultants. Do these people understand simple logic and arithmetic? Does it ocurr to them to open my spreadsheet and check my calculatoion? Is their SYSTEM gospel or can there be bugs. I WANT SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY EMAIL WHO HAS SAME VERY BASIC EDUCATION. THAT IS ALL I ASK FOR.!!! DO NOT CALL ME. ANSWER MY EMAIL INTELLIGENTLY!!!
