Delayed deductions such an inconvenience

I used my card in October and i was under the impression my money had been deducted. Only to wake up today to a message saying that money was taken from my account. 3 months later?!? And in January of all months. This is not the first time, last time i made a payment to Mango, they said they had received the payment but i coulod see that it had not been deducted from my account. Fnb always decides to deduct the money from my account way after the transaction is done. I am very disappointed and inconvenienced because i had made provision for the purchase in October only for you to decide to take the money in January. Like i said this is the second time and i could not even reverse the payment so i pay later as i need that money for the rest of this month. This is not good client service. You really need to have processes in place and adhere to them and also communicate with your client so we know what is going on.
